Wash the lettuce and arrange it on a plate for later use.

Heat oil in a wok and caramelize the sugar.

Add pork ribs and stir-fry until the oil is released.

Stir-fry with scallions and ginger until fragrant

Add enough water to cover the ribs.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar

The pork ribs are cooked and then removed from the water and set aside.

Continue heating oil in the wok, then add chopped millet peppers, scallions, ginger, and garlic.

Add 1 spoonful of fermented soybean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry with pork ribs

Increase the heat and stir-fry continuously until flavorful.
