Debone and cut chicken thighs into pieces, marinate (soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper, cooking wine, cornstarch), pan-fry in a little oil until golden brown on both sides, then remove. Add mushrooms and garlic directly to the pan, sauté until the mushrooms release their juices, then stir-fry with the chicken.

Sauté the mushrooms until they release their juices, then add the tofu. Do not add any additional water.

Stir-fry the shredded pork until cooked, then cook the cabbage until tender. Stir-fry the cabbage and pork slices together, then coat with cornstarch.

Sauté the tomatoes until they release their juices, then heat and add the boiled eggs.
