Corn chowder is a chowder soup made primarily with corn, belonging to the corn soup category. It's made with corn, onions, celery, milk or cream, and butter. Sometimes other ingredients are added, such as potatoes or squash, bacon, fish, seafood, and chicken. In the United States, corn chowder dates back to 1884, originating in New England, and it's also a canned food. Corn chowder is incredibly delicious! Use frozen corn kernels, along with dried parsley and other spices, and a touch of sugar, salt, and black pepper. Add water and simmer, then pour in heavy cream to make the soup richer and smoother. Add a large spoonful of flour to thicken the soup. The finished corn chowder is bursting with corn flavor; one sip reveals a rich, perfectly seasoned taste with a subtle milky aroma. Finally, garnish with roasted corn pieces for a beautiful presentation, delicious taste, and rich nutritional value, providing warmth and satiety.
