Add chicken breast at the end of frying: add oil to the pan, sauté ginger, add red pepper and cucumber peel, stir-fry evenly, add chicken breast, and immediately pour in the prepared sauce (salt, MSG, water, starch, stir well in advance). This dish should be thickened with a thin starch, and no starch should be seen.
