Baby food: spinach and egg custard

   Blanching spinach

   Juice using a food processor

   Beat the eggs

   Add spinach juice in 1 : 5 ratio to the egg rolls and mix well.

   Cover with plastic wrap and steam for 10 minutes.

   Simply sprinkle with salt and organic seasoning.
