   Step 1

   Put all the main ingredients and auxiliary ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

   Preheat it and then add a little cooking oil.

   Preheat an electric griddle, add a small spoonful of oil, then pour in the batter you just mixed and cook until both sides are golden brown.

   Prepare the molds (I bought all sorts of molds online; I bought whatever molds the kids liked).

   Simply place the prepared egg pancakes into the molds to imprint the patterns; they'll look beautiful and taste delicious!
