Steps for making stir-fried bok choy, mushrooms, and shredded pork

Slice the garlic, ginger, and 20g of cooking oil and put them into the mixing bowl. Set the mixing bowl to 3 minutes/Varoma/Reverse Spoon to sauté until fragrant.

Spread the pre-washed and drained shredded meat evenly on the bottom.

Set to 5 minutes / Varoma / reverse spoon for stirring.

Add shredded cabbage and half a green bell pepper cut into chunks; you can omit these if you don't have them.

Add sliced shiitake mushrooms (it's best to blanch the sliced shiitake mushrooms beforehand and cool them in cold water), and add 5 grams of salt!

Set for 6 minutes / Varoma / Reverse stirring!

Serve on a plate!

It looks so appetizing!

Once the pot is served, the cabbage, having absorbed the meat juices and mushroom flavor, becomes soft, sticky, and sweet—a perfect match for rice.

No need to watch the fire, no fear of sticking to the pan, stir-fry and serve in 15 minutes.

Fresh, fragrant, and smooth! It's so delicious with rice!

Enjoy it while it's hot!
