Home-style dish ✨ Stir-fried beef with yellow peppers: recipe steps

1️⃣ Slice the beef, ginger, and garlic.

2️⃣ Cut the red camphor tree chili peppers into your preferred shape. You can also flatten the peppers slightly before cutting them into large pieces, as it seems to cook them better (just my personal opinion, haha).

3️⃣ Heat oil in a wok, then add garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. 4️⃣ Add the beef and stir-fry until the beef changes color and is cooked through. Remove and set aside.

5️⃣ Add chili peppers and stir-fry until cooked and changes color.

6️⃣ It's almost done when it looks like this.

7️⃣ Stir-fry the beef and chili together, preparing to add seasonings: a little light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce, a little oyster sauce, a little chicken bouillon, and a little salt. 🤏🏻 Don't add too much at once; it's better to add it gradually later to avoid making it too salty and ruining the dish. After stir-frying everything well, taste it. If it's bland, add some salt; if the color is too light, add some dark soy sauce.

Plate it up and enjoy! A must-have with rice!
