Steps for making braised potatoes

Cut potatoes into chunks and wash them. Put them in a pot of cold water and boil for 8 minutes. ⭐ They are done when chopsticks can easily pierce them.

Slice 2 cloves of garlic and chop 2 scallions.

Sauce: 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, half a bowl of water. Mix well and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add potatoes, and fry over low heat until both sides are slightly golden brown. Add garlic slices and stir-fry briefly. ⭐It is recommended to use a non-stick pan to fry potatoes.

Pour in the sauce, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Turn up the heat to reduce the sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and stir-fry evenly.
