Home-style dish: Steps for making homemade pickled green beans stir-fried with minced meat

Here's a full view of the kimchi jar I made.

Remove an appropriate amount of pickled cowpeas.

Heat a wok, add cooking oil (a little more oil makes it more fragrant), and once the oil is hot (slightly smoking), add the minced meat and quickly stir-fry until it changes color, separates, releases oil, and the edges are slightly browned. Push the minced meat to the side of the wok, add minced garlic and diced chili to the remaining oil, and sauté over low heat for about 10-15 seconds until fragrant. Add the squeezed and chopped pickled green beans, turn the heat back to high, and stir-fry quickly for about 1 minute. Sprinkle in a small amount of pepper. Taste (usually no additional salt is needed, as the pickled green beans are already salty), and add a little salt if needed. Drizzle in a few drops of sesame oil (optional), stir-fry quickly and evenly, then turn off the heat and serve! This is truly a rice killer, perfect for noodles/rice noodles, sandwiches/rolls, and porridge!
