Spicy Grilled Fish Recipe Steps

Clean the fish and make a few cuts on its body.

Soak scallions and ginger in water, then add Shaoxing wine, white pepper powder, and salt. Rub the scallions and ginger in the marinade with your hands.

Pour the prepared marinade into the fish, rub it in evenly, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Remove the marinade residue from the marinated fish, pat it dry with kitchen paper, and sprinkle cornstarch evenly over it.

Prepare your favorite side dishes and place them at the bottom of the pot for later use.
