
This dish is incredibly simple to make, yet its flavor is anything but simple; it's one of my favorite home-style dishes.

Home-style dish: Celery and dried tofu recipe steps
Step 1

Slice the dried tofu thinly, heat oil in a pan, add the dried tofu, soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly and serve.
Step 2

Stir-fry green and red bell peppers, garlic slices, and celery stalks with a little salt and fermented black beans until just cooked. Add dried tofu, stir-fry over high heat for a few seconds, and it's ready to serve.
