Steps for making minced meat and peas in 100 home-style dishes

Wash the peas and set aside.

Rinse the ground pork briefly and drain.

Slice 2 cloves of garlic into thin slices. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onions, garlic slices, and ginger slices until fragrant.

Add the ground pork and stir-fry. Add 3 grams of white pepper powder and a few drops of dark soy sauce for color. Stir-fry until the meat changes color.

Add the peas, light soy sauce, and a little salt. Stir-fry evenly, then add boiling water to cover the peas. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure the peas are heated evenly.

After the peas are cooked until soft, taste them to check the saltiness. If they are bland, add some salt. Stir-fry over high heat until the sauce thickens, or you can leave a little sauce. It's especially delicious with rice.
