Home-style dish ✨ Stir-fried pork with chili peppers: recipe steps

1️⃣ Heat oil in a wok, add garlic slices and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add pork and stir-fry until it turns white and is just cooked. Set aside.

2️⃣ Stir-fry the chili peppers until they develop a tiger-skin pattern; the peppers are basically cooked through then.

3️⃣ Mix the pork and chili peppers together and add a little light soy sauce (don't add too much, light soy sauce is already salty), a little dark soy sauce, and a little salt. Too much will make it too salty, so it's better to add less. Add the egg later, which can be ignored, haha. Normally, you don't add eggs when stir-frying pork and chili peppers, but my husband wanted eggs, so I mixed them together and added some ham to stir-fry! It's just like a delicious country-style dish!

4️⃣ Add a spoonful of Lao Gan Ma chili sauce and stir-fry briefly.

5️⃣ Ready to eat!! Especially the oily broth under the stir-fried pork with chili peppers, it's so delicious with rice! I love it!
