💁🏻♂️Prepare the following ingredients: a handful of scallions, a handful of garlic and chili peppers, and 2 free-range eggs. Separate the scallion heads and leaves and cut them into pieces. Add a suitable amount of salt to the free-range eggs and beat them. Chop the chili peppers and garlic.

Heat a pan, add a spoonful of rapeseed oil, pour in the beaten egg mixture, and slowly scramble it over low heat until golden brown. Set aside.

Heat oil in a wok again, add minced garlic and chopped chili peppers, and sauté over low heat until fragrant.

Next, add the scallion heads and stir-fry quickly over high heat until softened.

Add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry over medium heat for 10 seconds.

Finally, add the scallion leaves and stir-fry for five, six, seven, or eight seconds.

For seasoning, simply add 2 grams of salt and 1 gram of chicken bouillon, stir-fry for another 10 seconds, and it's ready to serve.
