I don't eat eggplant often, but I really love this dish. Today, I'm sharing my favorite minced meat and eggplant recipe with you all. Try making it at home!

Heat a pan without oil, then add the chopped eggplant pieces and stir-fry over low heat to remove moisture and until soft. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a wok, then add the chopped fatty pork and render some of the fat. Stir-frying vegetables with lard is incredibly delicious!

Next, add the chopped lean meat and stir-fry over high heat until cooked through.

Add minced garlic, chopped chili peppers, and chopped green bell peppers, and continue to stir-fry for about 20 seconds before seasoning.

For seasoning, simply add 2 grams of salt, 2 grams of chicken bouillon, and a suitable amount of light soy sauce. Stir-fry for five, six, seven, or eight seconds, and it's ready to serve!
