This time, I didn't blanch the cured pork belly 😂; I just put it directly into the pot to render some of the fat. I still recommend blanching it first, otherwise it will be too salty and have a strong smoky flavor.

Add a little garlic and chili peppers, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the chopped cabbage and stir-fry over high heat until the cabbage is soft and wilted. I used yellow cabbage here, but you can substitute other varieties.

Pour a spoonful of water along the edge of the pot.

Cover and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, then it's ready to eat!
