I personally really like garlic sprouts, and I also really enjoy eating meat. I had some at my sister's house once, and it was so good with rice, so I decided to try making a few variations. The colors are even better, and it's more appetizing—super delicious with rice, especially suitable for kids, as it's a good balance of meat and vegetables. It brings me so much happiness.

Steps for making stir-fried garlic sprouts with pork (a simple and delicious home-style dish for kids)

Chop the garlic scapes and carrots into small pieces. They don't need to be exactly the same size; just make sure they look roughly the same.

The minced pork was prepared in advance and frozen. When it was almost thawed, I chopped it with a knife to make it finer. The beef was frozen until it could be sliced, which made it easier to chop.

Heat the pan, add cold oil, then add the minced pork and stir-fry until fragrant and white. Then add the minced beef and stir-fry for four or five seconds, as beef cooks quickly.

The main purpose of adding this amount of oyster sauce is to enhance the umami flavor.

After adding the oyster sauce, stir-fry briefly, then add the chopped carrots and stir-fry for another five seconds to allow the carrots to dissolve in the oil; this will make it even more fragrant.

Next, add the garlic shoots and stir-fry for about seven or eight seconds until cooked.

Using the residual heat, add the seasonings in this order: salt, sugar, and MSG. Don't add the salt too early, or it will become tough. Add the sugar last, using the residual heat to enhance the flavor, and add the MSG last.

It's ready! Hot and delicious, perfect with rice. I doubt any kid would love it! It has meat, vegetables, and carrots. Super good with rice!
