Wash and cut the green bell peppers into chunks, and wash and slice the carrots.

Cut the Japanese tofu into sections, each about 1 cm thick.

Coat the sliced tofu with flour. Pour oil into a pan until it covers half of the tofu. When the oil is about 60% hot, add the tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides, turning it frequently over low heat.

After frying, drain the oil and set aside.

Heat a wok with some oil, add chopped green onions and garlic slices, stir-fry until fragrant, then add green peppers and carrots, stir-fry until cooked.

Add one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of light soy sauce, and 5 grams of salt, and stir-fry evenly. Add the tofu and stir-fry slowly.

Stir-fry until done and plate it! It smells amazing!
