Steps for making stir-fried celery, dried tofu, and shredded pork

1️⃣ Slice the lean pork into strips, add ginger, garlic, pepper, oyster sauce, fermented bean paste, light soy sauce, and cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes. 2️⃣ Cut celery into sections, tofu into strips, and dice chili peppers. 3️⃣ Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the pork strips until cooked, remove and add to the wok. In the same wok, sauté the chili peppers until fragrant, add the tofu strips, a spoonful of light soy sauce, stir well, add a large spoonful or half a bowl of water, and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the celery and pork, season with salt and chicken bouillon, stir well, and it's ready to serve. This dish is incredibly delicious with rice; give it a try if you like!
