Cut the pork shoulder into 1cm chops and marinate for 20 minutes with one egg, light soy sauce, black pepper, two slices of ginger, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.

Prepare the salt and scallion seasoning: scallions + white sesame seeds + minced garlic + black pepper powder + salt + sugar + two tablespoons of olive oil

Heat oil in a pan (use a frying pan). Add the pork chops and pan-fry over medium heat.

Because of the added starch, it was fried until golden brown on both sides.

Then cut the pork chops into strips (you can cut them directly in the pot).

Return the pork chops to the pan and sear the uncooked parts.

After searing the pork chop on all sides until cooked through, add all the salt, green onion, and seasoning.

Cover the pot and simmer on the lowest heat for 3-5 minutes.

Once the time is up, it's ready to be taken out of the pot.
