1.1 Cut open the back shell and remove the sand line.

3.1 Add boiling water, microwave on high heat for three minutes, then take out and drain the water. (It’s almost the same as the one I cooked before, hehe, I was lazy)

4.2 Wash the squid, remove the outer membrane and cut into circles.

5.1 Add oil to a wok and sauté minced garlic, onions and chili peppers.

6.2 Chop the green onion, mince the garlic, and cut the chili pepper into rings.

7.1 Pour in the squid rings.

8.2 Add shrimp and stir-fry until they change color.

9. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

10. Add a few drops of fish sauce.

11. Add oyster sauce.

12. After stir-frying, add water and put in fish dumplings and cuttlefish balls.

13. Add the soaked vermicelli.

14. Cook over high heat until the fish dumplings are cooked through, then add the crab sticks.

15. When the soup is almost dry, sprinkle with chopped green onions and remove from heat.
