
My kid loves chicken wings, but fried chicken isn't healthy, so I usually make cola chicken wings and braised chicken wings. But today he suddenly had a craving, so I decided to make some. It's okay to have them occasionally! π

Steps for making pan-fried chicken wings

A group photo of all the seasonings.

Wash the chicken wings, cut them in half, and let them air dry.

Add scallions, ginger, and garlic.

One and a half spoonfuls of light soy sauce.

Half a spoonful of dark soy sauce.

A spoonful of cooking wine. (Please ignore the soy sauce at the bottom π)

Sprinkle with ground black pepper, sea salt, and cornstarch.

Mix well

Let it sit for at least half an hour; the longer it sits, the more flavorful it will be. (The spoon is a small spoon I used to add the starch.)

Heat the oil, then reduce to medium-low heat and fry until the surface is slightly browned.

That's about right.

Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant.

Stir-fry the chicken wings

Add chopped scallions and barbecue seasoning before plating.
