Step 7: Use a rolling pin to roll the cut noodles into thin dough.

Step 8: Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot. After the water boils, add the noodles and cook until cooked. After it comes out of the pot, you can add your favorite ingredients. The delicious and beautiful colored noodles are ready.

Warm tip: You can replace purple sweet potato with pumpkin or carrot juice, and cucumber juice with green vegetable juice. The specific amount of water to be added depends on the actual dryness or wetness of the dough.
