This is not bok choy, not bok choy. Last time I posted a recipe, I was criticized by someone from a certain place for this vegetable, who said, "Even if bok choy is old and flowering, we won't eat it. We wouldn't even feed it to pigs." I felt so wronged, because broccoli is such a delicious vegetable.
Materials
Broccoli
minced garlic
Steamed fish soy sauce
Steps for making light and refreshing blanched broccoli
Step 1

From left to right: the original shape, leaves removed, and rough skin removed from the roots.
Step 2

This isn't 🥦, it tastes so much better than broccoli.
Step 3

Add salt to boiling water, then add oil and cook the vegetables for two or three minutes before removing from heat.
Step 4

Sauté minced garlic and chopped chili peppers in oil over low heat until fragrant.
Step 5

Pour it over the vegetables while it's still hot.
Step 6

Pour on some steamed fish soy sauce, serve, and enjoy its light, refreshing, and crisp texture.
Step 7

A dinner for three people, four dishes are just right.
