Super delicious with rice! Dry-fried cauliflower and shrimp recipe steps ✨
1️⃣ Remove the veins from the prawns and devein them. 2️⃣ Mince a clove of garlic.
3️⃣ Wash the cauliflower, cut it into thin slices, stir-fry it in oil in a pan until it changes color, then turn off the heat and set aside.
4️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and sauté the shrimp heads to extract the shrimp oil.
5️⃣ Add the prawns and deep-fry until golden brown on both sides.
6️⃣ Add minced garlic and stir-fry briefly.
7️⃣ Add cauliflower and a spoonful of spicy crayfish seasoning packet, stir-fry evenly.
8️⃣ After mixing well, taste the seasoning packet. It's already quite salty, so you don't need to add salt. Taste a small amount first, and if you feel it's not salty enough, add a little more seasoning packet, mix well, and it's ready to serve! If you have cumin, you can add some cumin powder.
