Summer Limited Edition: Recipe and Steps for Making Braised Pork Ribs with Yellow Peel

Prepare the ingredients: Fresh pork ribs cut into sections and washed; yellow skin peel washed and seeded; ginger sliced; garlic crushed; scallions and cilantro chopped.

Heat oil in a wok, then add the pork ribs.

Flip the pancake occasionally over medium-low heat to ensure each side is golden brown.

Fry until golden brown.

Next, add ginger slices and garlic cloves.

Stir-fry evenly and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Then add the seedless yellow peel.

Stir-fry evenly

Add 1.5 bowls of water, enough to cover the ribs.

Add 2 tablespoons of salt

Add 1 tablespoon of white sugar, stir well, cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

After the sauce has reduced to almost nothing, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Finally, add the chopped green onions and cilantro.

Stir-fry evenly and it's ready to serve.

The tangy and salty flavor is delicious; the yellow-skinned pork ribs are absolutely amazing!
