Sweet and sour poached eggs - a delicious and easy dish that goes perfectly with rice, ready in 5 minutes!

Minced garlic and chopped green onions, chopped and set aside.

Sauce: 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, a pinch of dark soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoon vinegar, 0.5 tablespoon sugar, 0.5 tablespoon tomato sauce, 0.5 tablespoon cornstarch, 4 tablespoons water. ⭐This sauce ratio is suitable for 3-5 eggs; no need to adjust the quantities.

Heat oil in a pan (use plenty of oil), crack the eggs directly into the pan, and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Leave some oil in the pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then pour in the sauce and cook until it bubbles and thickens quickly.

Pour in the eggs, stir-fry evenly, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
