Quick and easy home-style dish! Steps for making stir-fried eggs with garlic sprouts

Prepare a bunch of garlic sprouts, wash them, and drain them.

Make sure to drain the moisture completely. Cut off a small portion of the head and discard it. Cut the head into sections about 4cm long.

The garlic sprouts are divided into two parts: the sprout head and the leaves.

Heat oil in a pan, then pour in the egg mixture and stir-fry quickly until the egg mixture solidifies into chunks. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Leave a little oil in the pan, add the garlic sprout heads and stir-fry over high heat for 10 seconds, then add the remaining garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly over high heat. Add salt and MSG and stir-fry quickly. Pour the cooked eggs back into the pan and stir-fry quickly until evenly mixed. It's ready to serve.

The crisp, sweet garlic sprouts collide with the golden, smooth eggs, and the aroma is irresistible when stir-fried in hot oil! The eggs absorb the freshness of the garlic sprouts, and the garlic sprouts are coated with the egg's fragrance. Every bite is a comforting, home-cooked treat, perfect with rice for two extra bowls!

When frying eggs, use a little more oil to make them fluffier and more tender; stir-fry garlic sprouts over high heat to avoid them releasing water and affecting the taste.
