Steps for making stir-fried tomatoes, eggs, dried tofu, and edamame

Prepare the ingredients: peel and chop 2 tomatoes, shell a handful of edamame, soak a handful of dried bean curd sticks, and use the bagged Heinz tomato sauce you requested, as well as your own bottled Heinz tomato sauce. (I forgot to take a picture of the eggs.)

Beat two eggs and set aside. (I forgot to include a picture of the scrambled eggs.)

Heat a pan, add a spoonful of oil, fry the eggs first, set them aside, then stir-fry the tomatoes.

When the tomatoes become mushy, add half a bowl of water.

Add 2 tablespoons of Heinz tomato sauce.

Add dried bean curd sticks and edamame, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Add the previously scrambled eggs and stir-fry together. Add 2 grams of salt, reduce the sauce, and serve.

The edamame was soft and tender, the eggs were fresh and fragrant, and the dried bean curd was soaked with tomato juice. It tasted so delicious!

Add Heinz to your cooking for a richer tomato flavor!
